Match Report: Bishop 1

Bishop delivered a powerful performance, full of heart, energy, and standout individual moments across the pitch.

The opener came from Rokas, who produced a brilliant individual goal. Before the match we spoke about positioning, and he took that message to heart—his awareness was spot on. After a timeless counter-attack tackle, he burst forward, showed great persistence, struck the post, and followed up to finish the move himself. Throughout the game, Rokas worked tirelessly up and down the midfield, contributing defensively and offensively, and added a couple more important goals to cap off a top-class performance.

Defensively, Gabriel made a crucial last-ditch tackle to prevent a certain goal. His presence all over the pitch was immense—dribbling with confidence, using his strength, dominating shoulder-to-shoulder battles, and imposing his pace on the game. He added a couple of well-taken goals and continued to produce key defensive interventions.

Ayomide put in a fantastic shift, showing real commitment in every duel. He made strong tackles, read the game superbly with smart interceptions, and pressed the opposition relentlessly from the front. His work rate created attacking opportunities and kept their defenders under constant pressure. A disciplined and mature performance.

Charlie showed real bravery throughout the match. His energy levels were outstanding, and he topped off a great all-round display with a well-deserved goal.

Kadyn brought fantastic energy and teamwork to the side—working hard, linking play, and delivering some excellent passes while covering ground all over the pitch.

Overall, it was a brilliant team performance from every player involved. The effort, energy, and attitude—especially from our smaller-number players—were outstanding and made for a great session with plenty of positives to build on.
