We had a fantastic game this week, full of effort, teamwork, and exciting moments from both teams.

Manchester City made a strong start, with quick, precise passing between George Hume and Oscar Siech creating the opening goal. Oscar finished well to give City an early lead. The Blues continued to attack, but Real Madrid worked hard to keep the score close, with Roman Squire and Oakley Wear defending brilliantly and Elliot Hayes making several excellent saves in goal.

After half-time, Real Madrid came out with great energy. George Ward showed determination and composure to score the equaliser, and shortly after, Thomas Southwold calmly converted a penalty to put Madrid ahead.

Man City didn’t give up. They continued to create chances, including a crucial goal-line clearance from Micky Stasiak to keep the game tight. Their persistence paid off when George Hume scored a brilliant goal to make it 2–2.

The final few minutes were full of excitement, with both teams pushing for a winner. City thought they had scored from a corner, but the referee spotted a foul, and the goal was disallowed. The match ended in a well-deserved 2–2 draw, reflecting the hard work and great performances from all players involved.
