WEEKLY ROUNDUP – MATCH WEEK SPECIAL
Wow — what a fantastic and successful week it’s been! With this being a match week, we did things a little differently for our older groups, starting from the Foxes and upwards (roughly ages 5–7).
We opened the session with an intense warm-up, followed by small-sided games that created plenty of opportunities to work on combination play and key coaching points. From there, we moved into small-sided matches, using these moments to coach with stop–start scenarios, praise great decisions, and support players as needed.
Next came a second match phase with fun restrictions designed to encourage passing, teamwork, first-time finishes, and other targeted skills. We then finished with a full unrestricted match, giving every player freedom to express themselves.
We hope your child enjoyed the structure — it’s a great concept that still allows us to pack in meaningful coaching moments throughout the session.
Match reports will be released as soon as possible.
Our younger groups (below the Foxes) also had brilliant sessions, following their normal structure but with extended match time, which they loved! The energy was high across every age group.
Christmas Party Week 🎄
As we head into our Christmas Party week, Coach Vicki and I have been busy planning activities and we’re really excited to celebrate with you all.
📅 Thursday 18th December
⏰ 5:30pm – 7:30pm
🎟️ Ticket Deadline: Sunday 14th December

We work extremely hard on and off the pitch to keep costs down, offer sibling/session deals, and make events like our Christmas party affordable. Building a supportive, community-based environment for your children is very important to us. Our coaching team is united and always focused on your child’s development, enjoyment, and confidence.
Holiday Break & Group Updates
During our Christmas break, we’ll be reviewing and reshuffling groups where appropriate. Some children may remain in their current group, some may move down for development needs, and some may move up to be challenged.
Please know that none of these moves are personal — they’re purely based on what will benefit your child most, both in learning and enjoyment.
Volunteers Needed for Christmas Party
As this is not a drop-off event, we know many parents will be present. If anyone is willing to volunteer with anything at all — setup, games, organising, or general help — it would be massively appreciated. Your support always makes a huge difference.
Thank you all so much for your continuous support.
